Welcome
Whether Zeal Community just started managing your community or you recently moved in, we’re happy to have you here.
Tailored service by community
Not every community is the same. We tailor service and workflows to each community. The good news is that the way you interact with us stays consistent, so it’s easy to know where to go and what to do next.
The two main ways to get things done
Your public community site is your hub. This is where you’ll find the services offered for your community and the self-service options that let you request help any time that works for you.
- Services and self-service options for owners
- Resources for vendors who do work for your community
- Resources for closing agents and real estate professionals
- Clear paths for common requests (including ARC submissions)
Why you will like this
Even if you sell your home later, work with a title company, or need a vendor to submit something on your behalf, the community site keeps everyone on the same process.
Your secure owner portal is for things that should not be public. It requires a username and password. This is where you’ll handle membership-only items.
- Make payments (when available)
- Access member-only documents (when available)
- View information limited to verified owners
If you cannot access the portal yet
We might be setting up your account or waiting for the closing documentation. If you need access now, use the Portal Access Request form on your community website.
Support Center (General)
You are currently in the Zeal Community Support Center. This is our general support library for topics that apply across our systems and tools.
- How-to guides for our tools (example: setting up automatic payments)
- General workflows and what happens next
- Consistent guidance our team uses too, so support stays aligned
Important note
You will not see community-specific rules, documents, or details here. Those live on your community site so information stays accurate and current.
